Splan / Genetec Visitor Management
The Splan/Genetec partnership provides integration between Splan Visitor and Security Center for visitor check-in and out. A credential can be provided to visitors with access to designated areas provisioned through Security Center during the check in process. Track & audit the visitor's activities. Temporary replacement badges with access control credentials can be issued to employees through Splan if an employee misplaces their badge.
Process
Using SPLAN Visitor, small to large enterprises can manage all visitor management functions like pre-registration, registration, security checks, access authorization, sign-in/sign-out, badge printing, visitor tracking, watch lists and centralized audit reporting. Splan Visitor can integrate with Genetec's Security Center to provide authorized access control credentials to visitors.
